KA Ekeren
is very proud to be a member of an international Comenius project.
We believe that by making the world bigger for the students, their
motivation to learn will also get bigger and their overall look upon the world will
make them wiser.
It is our
first project, and immediately we are lucky to have the opportunity to work
with the teachers and students of a wonderful place, Arezzo. Arezzo is promising and it will be very
exciting to take our students there. The world of film is one of our mutual
interests. We will even participate in the international film theatre in the
spring of 2014!
We, in
Ekeren, welcome the Italian group in January 2013. Ekeren is a district of
Antwerp, and as Belgium is not that big, it will be easy to take them around
and to show them lots of interesting places, for example Bruges.
There is a
lot of preparing work to do, but with the future visit in mind, we are all
eager to learn Italian, to communicate with the students, to get to know Italy and
especially Arezzo.
